Refund policy

It is most important to us that you are happy with your purchase. Each item is hand crafted to the highest quality and so should something arrive damaged please make contact within 5 days of receipt and include photos so that I can do my best to resolve the issue. Refunds cannot be issued if the product is returned to us after 14 days of receipt of your order. 

We will endeavor to refund any returns within 5 working days of receiving the item. Please note that return postage is payable by the customer and original postage is not refundable. We are not liable for any returns that get lost in the post, we recommend using a service that covers the cost of the order. 

Returned items should be sent unused and must be returned in its original packaging. The full refund of the item will be issued on inspection. We are unable to offer a refund if the items received back to me are damaged in the post.
