Dispatch

Items that are in stock are dispatched within 1-3 working days. All orders are processed in the order that they are received and so dispatch times may vary. If you need something quicker please do get in touch hello@lovelucyceramics.co.uk 

Pre-orders

Items purchased on pre-order will be dispatched as soon as possible. As each pair of earrings are hand made, your preordered items will be included in my next batch of earrings to be glazed and go in the kiln and can take up to 2 weeks but most often quicker, especially at busy times such as Christmas. 

Delivery

We offer free delivery on all order over £35 - posted Royal Mail Second Class. 

Standard delivery uses Royal Mail 2nd Class which takes approximately 2 - 5 working days.

Upgrade your delivery to Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Mail Next Day delivery. Royal Mail 1st Class takes approximately 1 - 2 days, this is an untracked service.

We cannot accept any responsibility for incorrect address information. If you would like to amend your delivery address or notice a mistake in your order confirmation, please get in contact immediately. If your order has not yet been dispatched we will be able to make the necessary changes.

No refunds can be issued for abandoned packages due to unpaid shipping/import fees.
